Want to become a Content Creator, be a guest or do you have a community notice?

We're all about empowering Taranaki voices. If you have a community notice to share, let us know 20 days in advance by emailing us and we’ll send out our registration form. Otherwise, here's how you can get on air or online with ART.

Start your own Programme

This is your opportunity to take your passion to the airwaves. With our full support to empower and educate you the tips and tricks of Broadcasting, we offer complete training with our friendly team to ensure the Broadcasting journey is as easy as 1-2-3.

We provide our fantastic studio space (two available) to pre record or perform live to air programmes, that gives you the tools to create a programme based on a theme or an idea, where your ideas or opinions can be shared with the wider Taranaki region.

We give you the facilities and training needed to make your own quality programme, in your words, your way. It could be themed around an interest or hobby, a style of music, a group you're part of, your language or culture. You needn't necessarily commit to a specific number of shows, but if it's just a one-off, being our guest is simplest.

From as little as the cost of a few coffees a week, you can broadcast across our platforms and become a Content Creator. Plus, if you get a sponsor, they’ll cover this expense and get great coverage of their business. Get in touch with us for our media information pack.

Here at ART, we can provide all of the tools for you to record your own podcast without the huge setup cost using our specialised studio that enables you to record in broadcast quality. Just like starting a show for on-air, our expert team will provide the support and training, you'll come into our studio to record your podcast, and we'll support with all the technical stuff involved with getting your podcast up and running. We'll also automatically play it on air.
